Paying first and last month, $1,000 security deposit and a $600 "move-in" fee.
Finding out you have to give 30 days notice on the current place, so you actually pay double rent for a month.
Being in the new place for all of five minutes and having the downstairs neighbor knock on the door and ask you to keep it down.
Hey, he's four years old, short of lashing him to the fireplace there's only so much we can do to stop him from moving around.
