Back to the future

Joe Sherlock, at his entertaining car-oriented blog The View Through the Windshield, has a crack at James Lileks' question on what you would take to wow the natives if you could travel back to 1950.

Joe's answer is the same as mine: a car. He says he would take a 1990 Nissan 300ZX Turbo. I would probably take a new 'Vette, but his choice's point of manufacture does hold out the potential for some additional hilarity.
