Browser Problems

So a couple days ago, Internet Explorer suddenly stops working.

I get this error message saying "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library. This application requested the runtime to terminate it in an usual way."

I tried downloading IE from the Microsoft Web site, but it's not downloading the whole thing because it thinks my machine already has IE installed.

Anyone know how to fix this?

And don't say "Firefox". How do you think I'm posting this?
