Pizza

Some of the best pizza in Seattle isn't even in Seattle. In the northern suburb of Lynnwood, there is a place called The Rock.

We had two pies last night.

Here's the description of the "Sheer Heart Attack":

We start with fresh garlic, a rich cream sauce, oven-baked peppered bacon, red onions, crushed red peppers, sundried tomatoes and finish with bleu cheese and mozzarella.
And here's the "Bad to the Bone":

A white cream sauce pie with mozzarella and Romano cheeses, pepperoni, peppered bacon, ham and red onions topped with a peppercorn ranch dressing.
In keeping with these themes, I suggest the "Artery Assault":

A thick bed of freshly churned butter covered with pork rines and deep fat-fried duck skin, then basted with coconut oil and drizzled with liquid lard.
Who wouldn't want that?
