Did anyone win the The Mayor's Tragic Firework Blast Betting Pool? My money's always on China, though Vietnam has made a strong showing in recent years.
Seriously, though, this is horrible stuff, and it's a testament to how frequently it happens, and the control China exerts over media access, that it only warrants a few paragraphs of coverage.
