The Winning Ticket
Okay, this is one mean practical joke.
Some guys Tivo a lottery drawing. Then, they buy a ticket with the winning numbers. Next, they invite an unsuspecting friend over, and tell him to stop by the store and pick up some beers and, oh yeah, grab a couple lottery tickets while you're at it.
The friend arrives, and the guys secretly swap their ticket with the "winning" numbers for one of the ones the friend bought. Then they sit down to watch what the friend thinks the drawing.
Hilarity ensues.
